1. Booking Confirmation & Availability

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from Ngey Tours (via email or WhatsApp). We reserve the right to decline any booking before confirmation.

2. Accurate Information

Customers must provide full, accurate personal and contact information, including full name, phone number, email address, hotel name in Zanzibar, and any special needs. Ngey Tours is not responsible for missed tours or communication failures caused by incorrect information.

3. Schedule Adjustments

Tour departure times, routes, and durations may be adjusted due to:

• Weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, high tides)
• Safety concerns
• Mechanical issues
• Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., local events, road closures)

We will inform you as soon as possible of any changes.

4. Punctuality & Pickup

Customers must arrive at the agreed pickup location (typically your hotel reception in Mbweni or surrounding areas) at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. If you are late:

• Waiting time is maximum 15 minutes unless you contact us.
• After that, the tour may be considered a "no-show" without refund.

5. Our Right to Cancel or Modify

Ngey Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour before or during departure when necessary for safety or operational reasons. In such cases, we will offer:

• A full refund, or
• Rescheduling to another available date/time.

6. Special Requests

Special requests (e.g., dietary needs, accessibility assistance, private tours) must be communicated in writing at least 24 hours before the tour. While we will try to accommodate them, they are not guaranteed unless confirmed by us.

7. Compliance with Tour Guidelines

By confirming a booking, you agree to follow all instructions given by Ngey Tours guides and staff, including safety briefings, behavior codes, and environmental protection rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.

8. Liability

Ngey Tours is not liable for:

• Loss, injury, or damage caused by your own actions or negligence.
• Delays or cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government actions).
• Lost personal belongings – please keep valuables with you at all times.

9. Complaints

Any complaint during the tour should be reported immediately to your guide so we can try to resolve it. After the tour, complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days to ngeytour@gmail.com.

10. Governing Law

These conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania (Zanzibar).
